What
- The weekest/strongest stock for put/call accordingly
- BHP, WBC, STO, NCM, WPL etc
- 10 call or put
- Slightly In The Money
- No or small time value
- Capital less than $1,500
When
- Buy in the last hour of trading day
- Not on Thurs and Friday but Mon, Tues and Wed. (weekend free)
- 30-60 days to expire date
- Follow the main trend
- Second day breakout (resistance or support line, chanelling)

SELL (Close)
When
- in 2 -10 days
- $500 or 50% loss from the capital
- $500 or 30% profit whichever hit first.
